About this space
The space
The first thing you will notice is: that you are in a safe neighborhood. 43rd Street is unique because it quiet, but busy enough so that you do not feel isolated. Cars drive by nearly throughout the night and there is enough pedestrian traffic up and down this street so you are constantly in the presence of other passers-by. The building is an old Victorian with a charming porch, lots of wood trims, and high ceilings. The space was recently renovated and resplendently furnished. You are barely a block from renowned Clark Park which becomes a farmers market on Saturdays. Check it out if you are in town. You are also surrounded by a great variety of restaurants and gathering spots.
Guest access
The building’s common lobby is right out of your door. You may decide to host guests here instead of in your unit. The laundry is also available to longer-staying guests – 4 days or more.
Other things to note
The lobby in the building is also yours to enjoy. You sit there, entertain there.
