The space
43rd and Pine is a special corner of the University of Pennsylvania. You are at the center of everything. 43rd Street is reasonably busy Street. There are fascinating restaurants within a block of here and the 24-hr CVS down the street makes the street walkable at any time of the day without feeling isolated.
Guest access
Apart from your unit which is on the second floor, you have access to the common lobby on the first floor – you can receive guests there for a short period, you have use of the front patio, the patio/deck at the back of the building and the laundry room at the basement for your washing needs.
Other things to note
Generally, this is a very safe area of the City. Many of my previous guests in the other listing make that point always. Still, use caution when you are going around, especially at night.
